What's The Deal With School House Lofts – 391 Brunswick Avenue?
I consider School House Lofts to be one of the finest condo buildings in Toronto’s Annex neighbourhood. There are only 19 units in this building, which means that it is incredibly rare to get a glimpse inside.
Due to the fact that there are only 19 units in this building, it’s safe to assume that they must be quite large – ranging from 1000 to 2800 sq. ft. The building borrows from an all-inclusive ideology, with high-end kitchens, open-concept design, 10-foot ceilings, and full-height windows to bring in a bit more of that sunshine.
There are also select units that offer multi-levels, as well as rooftop terraces to breathe in some more of the city’s exciting ambiance. From here, you can have some spectacular city views to call all your own.
The Annex is one of my favourite neighbourhoods, and for good reason. You can enjoy places like Sushi on Bloor, and then catch something on the silver screen at Bloor Cinema – home to the ever-popular Hot Docs film festival.
The suites themselves are often so magnificent, it’s easy to see why the amenities might suffer. While the building does offer parking for commuters, this is the sort of building where everything you need is already in your suite – like your own private terrace, so why go anywhere else?
