Welcome To My Online Home

Please, Keep Your Shoes On…

My name is Ryan Roberts. If you’re buying or selling a home, or relocating to Toronto, my process is specifically designed to help. I’m passionate about the city, the people I work with, and a process to bring a more personal touch to your next transaction.

“Working with Ryan was a great experience. He listens to what clients are looking for and understands what type of home is the right one for them. He is authentic, and a great negotiator and always puts what is best for his clients first. He makes it easy and pressure-free.”

- Robyn Gorman

I’m here to act as your professional guide, your confidant, and the person to help usher you into the right choices, so that you feel great – and not just good – about the decisions you make.

I thrive on helping people find their dream home, and having access to a network of local professionals has only made that process easier and more effective for my clients.

The background that I have in marketing and advertising has paved the way for success by using only the latest and most effective tools and tactics on the market.

As a team, we’ll work together every step of the way. At the same time, I’ve developed a process to serve your needs in a way that works for you. It’s just a better way to work.

My Heart’s in The Mountains. I Just Live in The City.

Whether it’s for mountaineering, skiing, or bike riding, the mountains truly are my second home. These activities are no longer my hobbies – they’re an essential element of my lifestyle. One that has helped forge lifelong friendships, a respect and reverence for nature, and many fond memories.

I Care, Therefore I Give

I support many local causes, and strive to be environmentally and socially conscious in my business practices. These are the organizations I’m most passionate about:

Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation has been an important part of my life for many years. The nurses, doctors and support staff are incredible. They do cutting-edge research and are considered one of the best hospitals on the globe. This hospital has touched my family and I choose to give back to them in appreciation. I also take part in the fundraising and riding of The Ride To Conquer Cancer each year.

As an outdoorsman at heart, I’ve always it vital to take the right steps to safeguard our environment. That’s why I support the David Suzuki Foundation in all that they do. They work in communities to affect policy decisions, community action, and engaging folks across Canada to recognize that “we’re one nature.”

There are over half a million young people in the GTA. It’s Youth Unlimited’s vision that through strategic partnerships and alliances, as well as through front-line endeavours, that they will reach out to all these young people and help them attain their full life potential.

My Partnerships: Meet Aimee Fairweather

Aimee is someone I trust to help clients. From the moment I met her, I was amazed at the energy and effort she puts towards her work and the passion we both share for real estate in the city.

When others first meet Aimee, they can immediately tell she’s a hard worker. To that end, the sheer amount of transactions she’s accomplished this far in her career is truly impressive. It really goes to show her effort, her passion, and just how locked in she is on the success of our clients.

The people I choose to partner with are based largely on how similar their approach is to mine. In this way, I consider Aimee an extension of the services I offer, as someone who believes in educating clients, allowing them to make their own decisions, while working toward the best result.
