Once known as a quiet, middle-class neighbourhood, the relocation of the Rosedale Golf Club way back in 1909 made the neighbourhood prices go up, and they haven’t looked back since.

Bedford Park real estate is made up of a nice mix of detached and semi-detached brick character homes, typically built-in the early 1900s. Because of a recent surge in prices and land value, many of them have undergone extensive renovations, and it isn’t uncommon to see some of the older homes removed to make way for newly built, more modern residences.

The Rosedale Golf Club, which was home to the Canadian Open back in 1912 and 1928, is a private, members-only golf club known as one of the best classic golf courses in Canada, but it’s equally as well known for its exclusivity of membership.
