What Makes Lytton Park So Great?

Much like Lawrence Park, Lytton Park is another of Toronto’s notable and affluent areas. This established North Toronto neighbourhood, centered around Lytton Park itself, is known for its large, beautiful character homes set on matured, tree-lined streets on sizable lots with manicured gardens.

Types of Homes: You can expect to see large, early 1900s homes built in Georgian and Tudor style, but just like Lawrence Park, it isn’t uncommon to see some magnificent new style homes mixed in with the neighbourhood’s historic architecture.

You Should See:  If you’re into the outdoors, Lytton Park proivdes a lot of options to enjoy it, inlcuding nearby Lytton Park iteself and Chatsworth Ravine.  It also has a collection of great neighbourhood schools, like St. Clement’s School and nearby Lawrence Park Collegiate.

Neighbourhood Hot Spots: While The Granite Club is certainly popular with Lytton Park’s residents, nearby Yonge Street also provides plenty of great places to visit, like Dufflet PastriesNorth 44, and Grazie.

How to Get Around: You could take the subway via near-by Eglinton station, but if driving is more your thing, then you have direct access to the city’s core via both Yonge Street and Avenue Road.
