The average sale price was $560,720; Median price of $599,900; days on the market average was 33 (due to Christmas/holiday seasonal slow down).
The TREB C1 & C2 stats are as follows:
TREB C1: 210 sales, average value of $416,857; median home price of $363,650
TREB C2: 33 sales in the month of Jan.; Average sale of $757,579; Median value of $585,000.
