October was a pretty hot month throughout the core of our city. Dufferin Grove and Dovercourt Park saw a number of houses sell. That being said there hasn’t been a lot of selection for buyer’s to choose from. I expect that the demand will stay relatively high in our neighbourhood for months to come.
