Just read an article in the Report on Business from the Globe and Mail (April 2010). The average Canadian spends almost 12 full days a year – 63 minutes daily – traveling to and from work. But ask Torontonians how long they spend in transit and the time estimate doubles (of those surveyed).

I really couldn’t imagine living outside of Toronto or on the outskirts for that matter..the commute would be pretty tough. No wonder the real estate values in Toronto are so strong and continue to rise.
