The creed building in the annex

Annex condos are a newer option for residents of the Annex. For years, there were really only a couple of options. Now, as you will see below, there are some excellent options to consider. It’s no longer just a freehold housing neighbourhood with apartments. Luxury condos are available with some great layouts and unique characteristics. Here’s the list of the top Annex Condos.

Schoolhouse Lofts

Brunswick Avenue is fortunate to have two of the finest condo buildings in the Annex. Schoolhouse Lofts is one of those beautiful spots. This was the home to Loretto Abbey School for girls (now located in the North Toronto neighbourhood of The Cricket Club just off Yonge Boulevard). There are only 19 units in this building. It is incredibly rare to get a glimpse of these units as they are not often listed.

Museum House

The first luxury condo development along the Museum District bordering the Annex and Yorkville. Situated across from the Royal Ontario Musem (for those familiar with the area’s past, this is the location of the narrow McDonald’s restaurant – needless to say, a huge upgrade!)

Annex Condos & Lofts For Sale

The Creed Building

The Creed Building is one of the few loft conversions in the Annex neighbourhood. This building data back to the 1930’s when the Creed family was serving Toronto residents with all of their fur coat needs and laundry service. To this day, the 3rd generation of the Creed family runs the Creed coffee ship on Dupont, just west of The Creed Building. 18 unique loft spaces are available at the corner of the Annex and Yorkville (Bedford Road and Davenport).

Loretto Lofts

The neighbour to the south of Schoolhouse Lofts. This is a luxuriously finished building with 46 units and lucky 13 condo townhouses behind the building. Again, a rarity to get your hands on one of these condos. There are many business leaders, creative arts and professors that love living in this find loft conversion. Some of the lofts are extraordinary with unique layouts.

Bianca Condos

Tridel’s new condo development on Dupont Street is a major signal that the Annex’s northern boundary embarks on a major cultural and exciting shift. Dupont has long been an industrial and commercial stretch of road. We are now seeing condo projects push past Yorkville along Dupont and Davenport.

Top 5 Reasons To Move To The Annex

Mirvish Village (Honest Ed’s Redevelopment)

Exhilarating days ahead. Over 800 condo units will service the Annex neighbourhood. Likely looking at an occupancy nearer to 2022/23.

B. Streets Condos

Why “B.,” it’s as simple at the two streets that meet outside the condo building – Bathurst and Bloor! B. Condos is a chic, modern styled condo. The first modern design condo building at Bathurst. There will be many more in the coming years. What’s worth noting is the six 2 storey condo townhouses laneway homes line the east side of the building along Loretto Lane. A very private and chic way of living just tucked away from the busyness of Bathurst and Bloor.

One Bedford

One the location of a small Mr. Submarine! Oh, that was a long time ago. Back when 1 Bedford serviced the students and athletes across the street at Varsity Stadium and Arena. Now this luxurious condo building houses the elite of Toronto. Mayor John Torry lives in this building along with many of the who’s who of Toronto. The south-facing units have incredible vistas of the city and the Varsity Stadium’s field.
