There were 2 sales in the Annex in January 2022 The average home sold for $3,499,500 up from $2,180,000 in January 2021. The average list-to-sale price was 97%. There was a 50/50 chance of multiple offers on house Annex listings. The average home was on the market for 23 days – the longer days on market were influenced by the holiday vacation period.

Annex Condo Values
There were nine condo sales. The average Annex condo sold for $1,257,500, slightly down from $738,600 in January 2021. The average list-to-sale price was 97%. There was a 50/50 chance of multiple offers on house Annex listings. The average home was on the market for 36 days (note that condos are typically on the market for longer than houses due to status certificate reviewal).
