There were only 6 transactions in July. The Annex has been very slow over the last couple of months. We are seeing some excellent buying opportunities for those in the market for century houses. Yes, the Summer real estate market is always slower than the Spring and Fall; however, there seems to be a shift away from the Annex to other parts of the city like Riverdale. Annex Homes Values
There were no sales. The houses on the market have been sitting for a few weeks, in fact, some for several months. Thus we believe that it is an excellent time for buyers in the Annex.

There were 6 condo sales—the average Annex condo – the Annex condo market is moving again. Perhaps it has to do with all the attention in the media, as many new condo pre-construction work is being done along Dupont and Bloor Street. The Annex is transforming!
