There were nine transactions in September. The Annex market continues to slow down, with the increase in listings and fewer buyers willing to accept the higher mortgage interest rates. However, there is an accumulation of new listings that are sitting on the market. We are seeing some excellent buying opportunities for those in the market for Annex century houses. Annex Homes Values
There were only two house sales in the Annex. The houses on the market have been sitting for a few weeks, in fact, some for several months. Thus, we believe that it is an excellent time for buyers in the Annex.

Annex Condo Values
There were seven Annex condo sales, and there were more listings coming to market than new buyers. A shift is happening in the Annex real estate market, but not as pronounced as Toronto’s downtown core condo values.
